  1. What comes with it

Box, papers and service records help set the price.

  2. Rare pieces

Vintage and complications go through your watchmakers.

  3. Brand campaigns

    A brand campaign becomes a time-limited surcharge.

Which watch, piece of jewelry or bag do you have?

Not sure which model it is?

AI recognizes the piece in the photo and suggests the matching model. Available in your shop, not in this demo.

Find it step by step

A few simple questions about brand, type and size lead to the right model. Available in your shop, not in this demo.

This is a preview and a slimmed-down version of the Loopia trade-in. Prices are examples. In the live solution your customers also get emails, tracking, ID checks and the full product catalog.

What watch retailers and jewelers want to know before the demo

Can customers see that Loopia is behind it?

No. Buyback page, domain and emails run under your brand, online and in store. Your customers experience your house, and Loopia stays in the background.

Why your own program instead of Chrono24 or gray-market dealers?

Platforms and middlemen take the margin and the customer relationship with them. With Loopia, both stay with you: the value of the watch goes into the next purchase with you, and you sell the inspected pre-owned pieces under your name.

How does this fit with the brands’ pre-owned programs?

Each brand program covers one brand. Your own program covers every brand in your range. You set up a brand’s campaign in Loopia as a time-limited surcharge, so both run side by side.

How does Loopia record provenance and condition?

Every piece is recorded with brand, reference, box and papers, service history, the condition of movement and case, and the serial number. Loopia matches the serial number against earlier buybacks, and your watchmakers inspect and document every piece before it goes on sale.

What about rare, old or complicated watches?

There is a manual path for those. Your watchmakers inspect the piece, document provenance and condition and set the price. After that the buyback continues like any other.

Can customers choose money instead of a trade-in?

Yes. They choose a payout by bank transfer, a voucher or store credit. With the trade-in bonus you encourage the trade-in for the next watch. You decide how high it is.
