“Loopia impressed us with their deep understanding of trade-in and buyback processes and a pragmatic, hands-on approach throughout the implementation. The setup was clearly structured and collaborative, with close alignment between our teams at every step.”

Questions about the interface, the data flow or the test environment?
Bring the people who look after your shop and ERP.
Loopia acts as a data processor.
With a lean code snippet that works with any web framework. You place it on the product page, on its own buyback page or in the checkout and adjust the look with CSS. If you want to build your own front end, you use Loopia headless.
Loopia is compatible with the common systems, internationally for example SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Oracle NetSuite, Oracle Fusion, Infor, Sage and Odoo. Then there are systems of single markets: Abacus and Proffix in Switzerland, JTL-Wawi and Xentral in Germany, Lightspeed, SellerCloud and TylerNet in the USA, Multicase in Denmark and Pronto in Australia. The connection runs through the Loopia API, also for systems not listed here. With SAP or Business Central, our team knows the typical pitfalls from many projects. How much work your connection takes depends on your interface, and we clarify that in the technical call.
In the webshop, the trade-in is live in about 10 minutes. How much work the whole project takes depends mostly on the ERP interface. One fixed contact person guides you from kick-off to go-live.
Yes. Loopia also runs as a standalone solution without a deep integration. You then export the data as CSV or Excel and book it by hand.
Yes, a sandbox (staging) comes as standard. There you test new pricing rules, API connections or campaigns before you switch them on.
You do. Loopia acts as a data processor, and you have access to the raw data at any time to export it or analyze it yourself.
Cristiana shows you a direct trade-in live and walks through your processes with you. 30 minutes, with a product from your own range.
